Statement of Faith

We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is fully active in the work of redemption and divine guidance.
We believe in the Father of Lord Jesus Christ who does not want anyone to be perished without Jesus Christ, Who planned and accomplished the plan of Salvation to change the fallen man into the image of His son Jesus Christ.

 

We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins once forever according to the Scripture He rose again in the body from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High interceding for us as the High Priest and Advocate.

 

We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age to convict men of their sins, regenerate the believing sinner, and indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer at the time of accepting Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord.

 

We believe the Scriptures, both Old Testament and New Testament, is the Word of God divinely inspired and revealed by the Holy Spirit, inerrant in the original writing. It is the complete revelation of His will for the Salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for Christian faith, growth and daily living.

 

We believe that man was created in the image of God and the image was distorted after the fall of man. We believe that all men are sinners and fell short of the glory of God. He can be restored to God through the blood of Jesus Christ and have access to God through Lord Jesus Christ.

 

We believe that the only ground for justification and salvation is the death on the cross and resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ, which is only possible by faith. Salvation is the free gift of God for all those who believe in the finished work of Salvation through Lord Jesus Christ.

 

We believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion) are ordinances to be observed by the Church during this age, and they are not to be regarded as means of salvation.

 

We believe that the true Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the Head. Every local church has the right under Christ to decide and govern its own affairs.

 

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead: of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting punishment.

 

We believe in the second coming of the Lord and in the rapture of the Church.
